Telemedicine for Spine Surgeons

The Lumbar Spine Research Society is pleased to offer a one-hour online symposium on the use of telemedicine for spine surgeons. Virtual patient visits have been intermittently used over the past few years, but rapidly imposed into our practice lives over the past few weeks since the Covid19 crisis.

Some LSRS surgeons have been using telemedicine for patient visits for a long time and are leaders in the domain. We are happy to present their experiences through this one-hour online session. Speakers will review their techniques for virtual examination and diagnosis of the spine patient, and how they optimize their discussions with the patient and family.
